Payment Policy:
- For early bookings made within 4 days, a 40% down payment is required.
- The final payment of 60% is due on or before the embarkation date.
- Full payment is required at the time of arrival for last-minute bookings.
Cancellation Policy:
- For daily bookings with hotel partners, a fully refundable deposit can be cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
- Cancellations made 24 hours to 12 hours before embarkation will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of embarkation or in the case of a no-show will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
- For early bookings, cancellation fees range from 30% to 100% of the charter price, depending on the notice period.
Bad Weather Conditions:
- If a booking is cancelled due to bad weather, the charterer can choose to be refunded 100% or reschedule, subject to availability.
- The company has the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions.
- In the event of boat malfunction prior to embarkation, an equivalent or upgraded vessel will be provided.
